FundingPips Terms of Service
These terms set out the rules for using FundingPips evaluations, simulated accounts and payouts. Please read them before purchasing.
Terms in Full
- Acceptance. By accessing the FundingPips website or purchasing an evaluation you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Definitions. Service means the FundingPips website, evaluations, simulated accounts and related tools. Trader means the individual holding a FundingPips account.
- Nature of the service. All FundingPips accounts operate in a simulated environment. No client funds are deposited, held or traded on live markets by the trader.
- No investment advice. Nothing published by FundingPips constitutes investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any instrument.
- Eligibility. You must be at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering a contract in your jurisdiction to use FundingPips.
- Restricted jurisdictions. FundingPips does not accept traders resident in territories subject to applicable sanctions or where the service would breach local law.
- Account registration. Information supplied at registration must be accurate and kept current. One trader may not register under multiple identities.
- Account security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity conducted through your FundingPips account.
- Evaluation fees. Fees are stated before purchase, charged once, and where a program includes a refund it is returned with the first approved payout.
- Refund policy. Evaluation fees are otherwise non refundable once trading activity has begun, except where required by consumer law.
- Trading objectives. Profit targets, daily loss limits and overall loss limits applicable to your program are published before purchase and shown in the dashboard.
- Rule breaches. Exceeding a loss limit closes the account immediately. Breach levels are displayed live and it is the trader's responsibility to observe them.
- Prohibited strategies. Latency arbitrage, tick scalping abuse, exploitation of pricing errors, group trading of correlated positions across accounts and copy trading from third parties are not permitted.
- Expert advisors. Automated tools built or licensed for your own use are allowed. Sharing a single automated system across unrelated FundingPips accounts is not.
- Account limits. A trader may hold multiple FundingPips accounts up to a combined allocation of $400,000 unless a higher limit is agreed in writing.
- Profit split. The applicable profit share is stated in your account agreement and is calculated on realised profit above the starting balance within the payout window.
- Payout requests. Payouts may be requested at the end of each cycle, are reviewed for rule compliance, and are paid through the methods offered at that time.
- Payout withholding. FundingPips may withhold or reverse a payout where a rule breach, identity issue or fraudulent activity is identified, with reasons provided in writing.
- Taxes. Traders are solely responsible for reporting and paying any tax arising from amounts received from FundingPips.
- Platform availability. The service is provided on an as available basis. Maintenance, outages and third party platform failures may interrupt access.
- Technical errors. Trades resulting from pricing feed errors, rejected orders or platform malfunction may be corrected or voided, and affected traders are notified.
- Intellectual property. The FundingPips name, logo, website content, dashboard and documentation remain our property and may not be copied or resold.
- Acceptable use. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to FundingPips systems, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.
- Third party services. Payment processors, verification providers and trading platforms are governed by their own terms in addition to these.
- Communication. Notices may be delivered by email or through the dashboard, and are considered received when sent to the address on file.
- Suspension and termination. FundingPips may suspend or terminate an account for a rule breach, suspected fraud, abusive conduct toward staff, or legal requirement.
- Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FundingPips is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost opportunity.
- Indemnity. You agree to indemnify FundingPips against claims arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
- Amendments. These terms may be updated. Changes are published on this page and do not apply retroactively to an evaluation already in progress.
- Governing law and disputes. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FundingPips is established, and disputes are resolved there after a good faith attempt at direct resolution.
- Severability and entire agreement. If a provision is found unenforceable the remainder stays in force, and these terms together with your account agreement form the entire agreement with FundingPips.
