Privacy Terms in Full

1. Who we are. FundingPips operates this website and the evaluation and simulated trading services described on it. References to we, us and our mean FundingPips.
2. Scope of this policy. This policy covers personal information collected through the FundingPips website, trader dashboard, support channels and marketing communications.
3. Information you provide. We collect the name, email address, country, date of birth and billing details you submit when creating a FundingPips account or purchasing an evaluation.
4. Identity verification data. Where verification is required, we collect government issued identification documents and, in some cases, a short liveness check.
5. Trading activity data. Order history, position sizes, equity curves and platform logs generated on FundingPips accounts are recorded and retained as account records.
6. Technical data. We log IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages and timestamps for security and analytics purposes.
7. Cookies and similar technologies. FundingPips uses strictly necessary cookies for session handling and optional analytics cookies to understand which pages are useful. Optional cookies can be declined.
8. Payment information. Card and bank details are processed by regulated payment providers. FundingPips stores only a transaction reference and the last four digits of a card.
9. Communications. Support tickets, live chat transcripts and emails exchanged with FundingPips are retained so that a case history exists if a dispute arises.
10. Purposes of processing. Data is used to create and administer accounts, verify identity, process payouts, prevent abuse, improve the product and meet legal obligations.
11. Legal bases. We rely on contract performance for account services, legitimate interest for security and product improvement, consent for optional marketing, and legal obligation where regulation requires retention.
12. Marketing preferences. Promotional email is sent only with consent and every message carries a one click unsubscribe. Withdrawing consent does not affect service emails.
13. Automated decisions. Risk and fraud screening may flag an account automatically. A flagged account is always reviewed by a person before any action affecting payouts is taken.
14. Sharing with service providers. Hosting, analytics, payment, identity verification and customer support vendors process data on our instructions under written agreements.
15. Sharing for legal reasons. We disclose information where required by law, court order or a competent authority, and where necessary to establish or defend legal claims.
16. Business transfers. If FundingPips is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, account data may transfer to the successor entity under the same protections.
17. International transfers. Where data leaves your region, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
18. Retention periods. Account and transaction records are kept for the lifetime of the account plus the period required by applicable financial record keeping rules. Marketing data is deleted on withdrawal of consent.
19. Security measures. Encryption in transit and at rest, role based access control, audit logging, environment separation and periodic penetration testing protect FundingPips systems.
20. Breach notification. If a breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, affected users and the relevant supervisory authority are notified without undue delay.
21. Right of access. You may request a copy of the personal information FundingPips holds about you, together with an explanation of how it is used.
22. Right to rectification. Inaccurate or incomplete details can be corrected from the dashboard or by contacting support.
23. Right to erasure. You may ask for deletion of your data. Records that must be retained for legal or anti fraud reasons are kept for the required period and then removed.
24. Right to restriction and objection. You may ask us to pause processing while a dispute is resolved, or object to processing based on legitimate interest.
25. Right to portability. Data you supplied to FundingPips can be exported in a structured, commonly used, machine readable format.
26. Children. Services are intended for adults only. FundingPips does not knowingly collect information from anyone under eighteen and deletes such data when discovered.
27. Third party links. Pages may link to external sites. Their privacy practices are their own and FundingPips is not responsible for the content or handling of data on those sites.
28. Complaints. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. We ask that you contact FundingPips first so the issue can be resolved directly.
29. Changes to this policy. Material changes are posted on this page with a revised update date, and account holders are notified by email where the change affects their rights.
30. Contacting us. Privacy requests can be sent through the support channel inside your FundingPips dashboard, and a response is provided within one calendar month.
